I was able to get the car I wanted without trying to jump over any hoops. The process was very straightforward. I put a deposit on the car and Annie kept me updated while I waited for the car to get there and once it was ready for me to pick it up, she made sure everything was quick and ready to go. The wife and I bought a 2025 Highlander hybrid. Our salesman was Max and he was the best! We put a deposit on it before it was even built and Max kept us abreast of everything that was going on with it every step of the way. He gave us daily updates on the travel of the car coming to the dealership when it would arrive. I have nothing but praise for how he handled the sale and how he handled my wife and I. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. We are very, very satisfied! South Coast management you need to give Max a big raise.
